As I stated previously in Small Biz review , Intermedia is great! Great up time, and no issues. Web interface could be redone to make site contents easier to access. They provide a small executable file to configure outlook for their exchange servers, which is the best about them. Just launch the profile helper, and sign in with the email account. If you do not want to go O365, this is your number one choice. #Spiceworks

Our office switched to Intermedia VOIP about a year ago. It has been pretty reliable. There has been only one outage for about 10 mins. And the control panel was down for a day, but it was not service affecting. #spiceworks
